Vicky is co-founder of Unique Support Solutions. She has worked in health & social care for 36 year, starting her long career with Hft on a Youth Training Scheme and progressing into many different role until finally leaving her position as Divisional Director for the North, in Sept 2022, to set up USS.  In the latter half of her time with Hft, Vicky was often moved around the country as a trouble shooter, to turn around services that were under performing and needed rapid and vast improvements.  These services ranged from entire regions to smaller intensive support secure units. She quickly developed a great reputation and relationship with many local authority commissioners.  Vicky is passionate about empowering people to have a voice, choice and as much control as possible, which is what lead her to make the career move.
